The Whackanoodle teaches hitters how to snap their barrel rearwards properly

Benefits

• Teaches hitters how to generate bat speed behind them (high level) rather than out in front of their body (push swing)
• If players push their hands forward or are attacking the ball at too steep an angle, they'll miss the noodle completely and know right away

How It Works

• 1). Set up a tee
  
• 2). Have a coach hold the noodle behind the player so that their barrel comes through it as it accelerates downward
